Due to suffering from sciatica for months ,sleeping is difficult. I researched toppers and chose the Panda topper reason being was the reviews and the materials used.
Delivery was quick, arrived in a recyclable box. Followed instructions to let it expand.
I've been using it for three weeks now and have restful nights with no pain, the sciatica is there once I'm up and about, but this mattress has definitely helped .
It's so soft, you sink into it! It fits a single bed and attached with secure straps.
It is more expensive than others,but I'd spend it again for sure.
The topper comes with a 10 year guarantee too ,which is automatic if you buy direct from Panda ,so no filling in forms .

I did my research before buying this duvet, as I was struggling to get a sleep at night. I was at my wits end due to cold sweats at night, tried medications and different duvets, but nothing made any difference. I saved up to try this product as I know it’s a bit pricey, to see if it would help - and has been a game changer for me. I sleep better, symptoms have lessened and enjoying a great sleep at night again. I would highly recommend this Product as working wonders for me.

I had a great experience with Panda’s customer service, unfortunately the topper wasn’t for me and I have returned it under the 30 nights trial. They were very helpful and refund was issued within 2 business days after the topper arrived back to them. I think is one of the best toppers you can get for quality - value, but it’s very soft, so it depends on your preferences.

Ordered a mattress topper for our campervan. Product was delivered within 3 days. Used it for the first time 2 days later and it is a game changer. All questions asked both prior and post to purchase were answered within 12 hours. Excellent service. Faultless

Amazing, soft and comfortable bedding!
The Team member I spoke to and emailed (Jonathan) was super supportive and understanding when I wanted to return an item (which I decided to keep in the end anyway.)
They offered a full refund and to cover postage costs for the return.

Very soft and silky, lovely wooden buttons on the duvet covers and elasticated, fitted sheets (perfect fit for my thai bed.)

The pillows that I ordered (in the largest size) are extremely comfortable and soft. Yet supportive and firm which I personally like.

I also really love the cute Panda logo.
It feels reassuring to know they are hypoallergenic as I have sensitive skin.
As well as being better for the environment.
I also thought the price was very good considering the high quality offered.

Excellent service from Panda ,ordered Saturday evening delivered by lunchtime Monday.Changed my duvet that evening had a great night sleep.The duvet was so light yet warm and cosy would definitely recommend.

I queried the price of a second pillow I had ordered and within a very short time Sergio had sorted it out for me. Excellent service...and on a Sunday too!

Slight issue with mattress topper but Sergio from customer support has been superb, sending a replacement out very promptly,

I’ve had one of these toppers before , I love the idea of bamboo as it’s better for the planet than cotton and this topper is like sinking into a cloud. I do suffer with painful joints and I can’t wait to go to bed some nights

Jonathan at customs services was brilliant when I was sent the wrong parcel. I was expecting a lot of communication with; at best a call centre, where you can never get the same person twice, or at worst a bot asking a lot of questions then being sent in circles never speaking to a real person.
Jonathan was helpful, polite and did exactly what he said he was going to do.
The wrong parcel was delivered by DHL on Tuesday and by Friday I had recieved my pillows. I just hope the pillows are as good as their customer service.

Am very happy with our purchase, it is very warm and comfortable. The item is exactly as described, arrived on time and well packaged. I would have no hesitation in recommending Panda items. My wife has brought two other Panda products and we have been really impressed.

I bought a Panda London pillow and topper and now i sleep so much better! My head is at a better height for my neck, supportive but soft. I had hip pain at night sleeping on a hard futon mattress but the topper made the bed so much more comfortable and helped relieve my hip pain. I recommended them both to my parents.
Then i bought a 2nd topper to try ontop of the 1st topper in case it's even better but after trying it found just 1 topper is the best for softness and support. So I returned the 2nd topper within the 30 night trial and got a full refund!
Arranging the pickup was tricky because of the snow but Johnathan at panda London was so sweet and lovely and rebooked the pickup for me, and sent me helpful information on how to package it up.
Also I love that the company is eco-friendly with a recycling program too.
